Wade is a disability insurance sales consultant working with agents, career agencies, financial advisors, and brokerage firms across the southeastern United States for DRG. With 15 years of experience in the industry, Wade brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the area of disability sales in both the retail and wholesale side of the industry. He has extensive product and underwriting knowledge and enjoys helping agents and advisors grow their disability business and in the process protect their clients most important asset; their income.
Wade began his insurance career with Northwestern Mutual as a career agent. As a young agent, he was a company leader in individual disability sales.
He then joined Illinois Mutual as the southeastern Regional Sales Manager covering a 10 state region. Wade’s region was consistently one of the top regions in premium within the company. He also worked with management and underwriting on individual disability product development and helped bring their small group disability product to market.
Wade then worked with Union Central as a brokerage representative wholesaling individual disability and life insurance. In his second year with the company, Wade had the second highest production for a representative in the company and wrote the second highest premium in company history for a brokerage representative.
Wade is an active member of NAIFA Atlanta. He graduated from Jacksonville State University with a BS in finance and earned a MBA in finance from Kennesaw State University. Wade resides in Atlanta, GA and is an avid outdoorsmen who enjoys hunting, fishing, and snow skiing.
